Poodle Rock
The alignment needs to be just right in order to see the Poodle, but it's nearly unmistakable from the designated spot. The image was taken 15 to 20 minutes after sunset. The original hope was that the setting sun would ignite the clouds as it set, but this did not happen. However, after the sun was gone, some warm light crept into the clouds as the glowing western sky illuminated the rock.
