Two Paths
This is perhaps my favorite image from this series. The orientation is wrong, the colors inaccurate, and the initial impression misleading. What looks like an arch that frames the slats behind becomes, on closer inspection, a perpendicular passageway that avoids the dead end. So there's a bit of a metaphor in this image. We often only see the obvious path, but, with time and a little effort, we realize there are alternatives. Just have to look around to see what might be possible.
