Cereus 2021
Triggered by the first summer rainfall, all the cereus cactuses that get wet bloom one-week later. It all happens in one night, and then it's over until next year. These spectacular blossoms quickly close once the sun hits them. It's fun to watch and smell them opening as the sun sets, but pre-dawn light is often best for photography as the wind is usually calmer.
